- Access to the entire building for two nights.
- Flexible booking options: Group leaders can book everything, or guests can call and reserve their own rooms.
- Exclusive access 3 PM on arrival day to 10 AM on departure day.

- Package can be customized to fit your needs.
- The group leader is responsible for all rooms not booked within the main building of The Ocean House.
- 2-night minimum stay
- Quiet hours begin at 10 PM (rest assured, we respect all guests’ comfort).
- Other Rules: No tents on the lawn, and decorations must keep the charm of Ocean House intact inside and out —no glitter, tacks, or things that could cause furnishings damage.
- Any outside vendors (like catering or rentals) must provide proof of insurance to The Ocean House.
